Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes of dates.

2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in U.S. dollars, in cash, directly to the property manager at check-in. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the correct currency available.

3. Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged directly to the guest. The host and property manager are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay. Guests assume all risk of injury, including slips, falls, or accidents on the premises, and agree to hold the host harmless from any related claims.

4. Insurance Requirement: Guests are required to have their own travel or rental insurance that covers accidental damage, cancellations, personal belongings, and medical emergencies. The host does not provide insurance for guests.

5. House Rules: Guests must follow all house rules as provided at the property. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

6. Agreement: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
